What information do we collect?
Mail Call uses your name when replying or composing emails by attaching it with your email address. This information is stored locally and is not shared.
Mail Call uses your email address to identify your account within the app and uses this information with email related actions. This information is stored locally and is not shared.
OAuth login or mail server credentials:
Mail Call uses your OAuth login or mail server credentials for email related actions. These actions include checking for unread emails periodically and sending composed or replied emails (that you actioned). Additional email related actions would be flagging an email, marking an email read, and deleting or arching an email. These credentials are stored securely in macOS's Keychain. The data collected using these credentials is stored within memory for the life of the app and is not stored locally. These credentials and data is never shared, nor is it transmitted back to any other services besides the email provider that issued the crendentials. Data is only exchanged between your computer and your mail provider.
